This role provides day-to-day operational support for key medical student initiatives including the Black Health Justice Pathway, Indian Health Pathway, Latinx Health Pathway, LGBTQI+ Health Pathway, Asian, Native Hawaiian and Pacific Islander Pathway, Sexual and Reproductive Health Pathway, and the Community-Focused Urban Scholars Program (CUSP). Reporting to the Assistant Director, Equity and Access in Health Sciences Education, the Pathways & Student Programs Specialist is responsible for advancing student pathway programs and non-clinical electives that support healthcare equity across the WWAMI region (Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho).
