Conducts audits and utilizes software systems to generate reports using Excel, Business Objects, OCHIN Epic, and other databases, including clinical data reports, operational monitors, and other productivity reports. The Quality Improvement Specialist assists in the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality improvement initiatives across the Medical Department, including the Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) and Ryan White (RW) programs.
