 </li><li>Willingness to learn and follow procedures
 </li><li>Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
 </li></ul>Preferred (not required):<ul><li>Manufacturing or machine operation experience
 </li><li>Experience with measuring tools
 </li><li>Basic math or blueprint reading skills

Be able to enter and verify tool offsets.</li><li>Verifies conformance of finished workpiece to specifications using various measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth micrometers. Familiarity with elementary CMM, GD&T, and SPC.</li><li>Communicate process issues to supervisor for investigation.</li><li>Complete the necessary paperwork and computer entry steps.</li></ul> Position Requirements:<ul style="list-style-type:disc;padding-left:48px"><li>Must have 1+ years of manufacturing experience.</li><li>Experience with work involving fabrication, machining, or similar processes are preferred.</li><li>Ability to operate vertical/horizontal mill, lathe or Swiss machinery preferred.</li><li>Ability to perform non-complex adjustments and changes to machinery.</li><li>Troubleshooting abilities.</li><li>2-year machining degree preferred.</li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent.</li><li>3-4+ years manufacturing or related work experience.</li><li>A.A. degree or equivalent experience, or any combination of education and experience.</li><li>Vocational or technical training or equivalent experience.</li></ul> For candidates based in Minnesota:   The pay range for this position is $17.12 - $29.09 per hour plus a 15% shift differential.Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure, and relevant education or training.
