Friday 12pm-9pm, Saturday 8a-8p, Sunday 8a-8p Monday 8a-10am Partial On site and remote. On-call, holiday work and additional hours as needed or assigned.Pay Range: $27.00 - $35.26 /HRJob Summary:The Weekend Scheduling Coordinator will have direct oversight of all department specific schedules to include scheduling and maintaining staff schedules and openings during the specified weekend hours. Job Qualifications:<ol><li>High school diploma/GED is required; Associates degree in human services or related field or enrollment in an accredited degree program preferred. </li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or related human services program is preferred. </li><li>One year of supervisory experience required.</li><li>Scheduling experience preferred.</li><li>Valid NYS driver's license that meets agency standards and reliable transportation</li><li>Must be able to read, write and speak the English language.</li></ol> Major Responsibilities:<ol><li>Maintain department schedules to ensure adequate staffing.</li><li>Manage call outs and ensure proper staffing levels at all homes</li><li>Assist weekday scheduling coordinators with proactive scheduling</li><li>Review schedules to ensure time off requests and minimum staffing levels are met and are accurately reflected in all schedules</li><li>Provide daily schedule updates to on call managers prior to clocking off shift</li><li>Performs direct support duties as needed, this varies and is dependent upon site assignment.</li><li>Confirm schedule changes with staff </li><li>Attend regular meetings including scheduling meetings, on-call regional meetings and others as assigned.</li><li>Work collectively with other departments/schedulers to manage staffing resources.</li><li>Work collaboratively with Coordinators/Managers and Assistant Directors for time off approvals. </li></ol> Disclaimer – The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
