Work with other operators and data managers, Raytheon's factory team of engineers and technologists, subcontractors, peers, customers, and product vendors, to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 troubleshooting toward resolution of technical system anomalies. The selected candidate will be a team member on a high-performing Operations and Sustainment team, embedded on-site, with customer presence, for a system considered mission critical by the government.

p>• Education: Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Sciences, or an Associate Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field or completion of Military Laboratory Technician program with experience required. • Independently identifies and resolves analytical problems, troubleshoots equipment issues and takes corrective action in evaluating testing procedures, patient results and specimen integrity; seeks guidance when necessary.
