Through TRIO, students receive individualized attention and support, with services including academic advising, financial aid assistance, one-on-one tutoring, instruction in basic study skills, transfer assistance, personal support, mentoring, service learning activities, and information about career options. Under the general direction of the TRIO Director, the Student Success Coach is responsible for providing academic and personal support services to eligible students with the goal of increasing student retention, graduation, and transfer rates, along with programmatic support responsibilities.
