Responsible for multiple work efforts of any size, from minimum complexity system/customer impacts to greater complexity system/customer impacts. Adheres to project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budgeted hours, adheres to high quality standards, and meets ISSM expectations. Monitors project plans, assignments and work efforts on a daily basis. Ensuring resource needs are assigned appropriately and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues. Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans to meet the needs of work effort. Responsible for leading the project from inception to final business acceptance and implementation. Mentors other project leads and participates in the training and development of staff. •20% Develops and monitors project plans, risk management plans, and project documentation from scope to post implementation. Ensures project documentation and deliverables are complete, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standards. •20% Identifies items that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort. Monitors resource requirements based on project specifications. Ensures resources are assigned to meet project objectives while managing project hours budgeted. •20% Responsible for the development, execution, and maintenance of project communications. Facilitates effective communications between all parties involved in the project and/or work efforts. This will include meetings, correspondence, status reports and other documentation. •20% Identifies the impact of issues arising from the work efforts and/or resource requirements. Manages the project issues throughout the project life cycle. Communicates the implications of changes to the project scope with senior management and other appropriate parties. •10% Responsible for ensuring all work efforts have appropriate documentation for audit purposes utilizing project methodology standards in accordance with the ISSM. •10% Coaches, develops, mentors other team members. May provide guidance and leadership to staff pertaining to training and department initiatives. May provide oversight for a group of work efforts as requested. In addition, they coordinate workflow activities in Power Automate by reviewing demand items and monitoring change requests for accuracy and status. Although not required the role can also involve using Visio or similar tools to create process diagrams, workflows, or visual aids that support clarity across leadership and cross-functional teams. NOT Looking For: • Pure developers or engineers looking for a technical implementation role. • Candidates with only Waterfall experience and no exposure to agile or hybrid delivery. • Candidates whose background is primarily Scrum Master without broader program governance responsibilities. • Candidates without enterprise-level experience managing multi-workstream or cross-functional initiatives. • Heavy tool administrators who lack strategic thinking or communication influence.

The Job: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving coach to work with small children from toddlers to elementary age. You will uses the game of soccer to develop children's minds and body in a fun small group environment. You will lead our children in these fun andeducational soccer lessons while ensuring safety for all. The curriculum we use for small children does not demand intimate knowledge of the game of Soccer. It does demand you be imaginative, engaging, and work well with children. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children in some capacity such as a sports coach, teacher, caretaker, parent, or even as a camp leader. You should ENJOY working with children, not simply tolerate it. You do NOT need to have soccer experience for the younger age we typically serve (but it helps!). This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. Our newest coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $18/hr up to $24/hr with plenty of room for promotion in title and pay beyond that. <ul><li>Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success</li><li>Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment</li><li>Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success</li><li>And finally, our coaches have a blast.
