A typical way to obtain the knowledge and abilities would be: Training: At least two semesters completed towards an Associate degree from an accredited college in Computer Technology, Computer Science, or Information Technology or equivalent is preferred; high school diploma or GED is required. This position provides support to the faculty, staff, and classroom computer labs by performing diagnosis and resolutions of technical issues as related to the use and performance of all campus computers, hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
