Responsibilities: Under the Direct Supervision of the VP of Physician Services, the Patient Navigator will work in collaboration and continuous partnership with patients and their family/caregiver(s), clinic/hospital/specialty providers and staff, and community resources to connect patients to relevant community resources, with the goal of enhancing patient health, well-being, decreasing patient readmissions and increasing patient satisfaction. OakBend’s services and programs include its signature No Wait ER, an advanced trauma center, certified stroke program, hospital air ambulance services and a hospital-based skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or GED Equivalent; relevant experience in lieu of High School Diploma/GED education will be considered. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE: 3 years previous customer service experience. REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: None REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES: Previous experience in a customer support role. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Ability to multi-task, priorities, and manage time effectively. Ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with staff and management; excellent organizational skills with emphasis on detail and ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Responsibilities:
Under the general supervision of the Radiology Manager, the CAT Scan Technologist is responsible for the provision of radiological services to patients according to physician’s orders.  Provides for patient safety and high quality testing.

Qualifications:
MINIMUM EDUCATION  Graduate of an accredited or registered school of Radiologic Technology. MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE Must have previous CT experience  REQUIRED LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Registered ARRT; CT Registered/Registry eligible within 90 days of hire.  Certified by the Texas Medical Board as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT).  American Heart Association BLS Certification required.Valid Drivers’ license and reliable transportation necessary as driving between campuses is required. REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES Knowledge of procedures, patient safety, radiation safety and quality patient care.
