In 1972, Harrold Annett purchased the dormant trucking company, The Mickow Corporation. On March 6, driver Wally Harrah delivered TMC's first load from Chicago to Des Moines. With six power units and an office staff of two, Harrold and his team of professionals built TMC into the largest privately-held flatbed carrier in the nation.

In 2013, Harrold Annett established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and TMC became an employee-owned company.

TMC's headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa are set on a picturesque 50-acre campus which includes state-of-the-art training and maintenance facilities, TMC Truck Sales, and the up-scale Baymont Inn and Suites, the industry's first driver hospitality center. Responsibilities: Assist in the overall operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, deck area, rest rooms and adjacent areas.

Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Assist in the overall operation, maintenance and cleanliness of the pool, deck area, rest rooms and adjacent areas.</li><li>Open and close the pool facility in accordance with the predetermined schedule and start up/shut down procedures.</li><li>Ensure that all pool rules, policies and procedures are followed and that access to the pool is limited to the residents of the community.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and service on the pool, adjacent facilities and equipment.  This will include:<ul><li>Check chlorine at the edge of the pool. Adjust accordingly.</li><li>Fill chlorinator tank.</li><li>Vacuum pool.</li><li>Backwash filter daily.</li><li>Clean restrooms, including toilets, showers, floors and sinks.</li><li>Clean deck, towels, cigarette butts, paper, etc.</li><li>Fill baby pool, if necessary; hose off deck area.</li><li>Check pH and chlorine in both pools. If necessary, add chlorine. Do not add acid.</li><li>Pick up litter around the pool area.</li></ul></li></ul>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>Demonstrated ability or experience in pool maintenance desirable.</li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.</li><li>Must be able to read and comprehend the English language.</li><li>Fluent in Spanish is a plus.</li></ul><p style="margin:0px"> </p>
