Customer Service</strong>:</h3><ul><li>Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.</li><li>Take food and beverage orders, accurately enter them into the system, and ensure customer needs are met.</li><li>Assist customers in selecting menu items, offering suggestions, and answering questions about the menu.</li><li>Ensure customers receive their orders promptly and with the highest quality of service.</li><li>Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues to management if needed.</li></ul><h3><strong>2. Food Preparation</strong>:</h3><ul><li>Prepare food and beverages according to Miss J’s Café standards, including sandwiches, salads, soups, and other menu items.</li><li>Operate kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, blenders, and toasters, safely and efficiently.</li><li>Maintain proper food storage and organization in accordance with food safety regulations.</li><li>Ensure all food items are fresh, properly portioned, and meet café quality standards.</li></ul><h3><strong>3. Cleanliness and Sanitation</strong>:</h3><ul><li>Keep the dining area, kitchen, and prep areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout your shift.</li><li>Regularly clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and restrooms to maintain a clean and safe environment.</li><li>Follow all health and safety guidelines, including proper handwashing, food handling, and cleaning procedures.</li></ul><h3><strong>4. Cash Handling and Register</strong>:</h3><ul><li>Operate the cash register and process customer payments accurately.</li><li>Provide change, issue receipts, and assist with any other payment-related tasks.</li><li>Maintain a balanced cash drawer by following cash handling procedures.</li></ul><h3><strong>5. Inventory and Stocking</strong>:</h3><ul><li>Assist in maintaining inventory levels, ensuring food supplies are stocked and readily available.</li><li>Notify management when stock is running low or when supplies need to be reordered.</li><li>Help with receiving and organizing deliveries, checking quality, and ensuring proper storage of products.</li></ul><h3><strong>6. Teamwork and Collaboration</strong>:</h3><ul><li>Work cooperatively with other team members to ensure a smooth workflow during shifts.</li><li>Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up or closing the café, cleaning, and restocking supplies.</li><li>Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.</li></ul><h3><strong>7.
