Under the supervision of the Director of Housing and Transportation , the BHT is responsible for client safety, behavioral monitoring, documentation, and maintaining a therapeutic, structured environment throughout the residential program. Our clients may present with a variety of behavioral health needs, including self-harm, aggression, suicidal ideation, substance use, trauma, mood instability, depression, and anxiety.
