You decide your own schedule and location area you want to work</li><li>You choose the number of hours you work up to 40 hours per week</li><li>All caregivers get 3 Paid Time Off days for every 1000 hours worked</li><li>Opportunity to earn additional PTO based on performance/work ethic</li><li>Opportunity for 401K and health insurance after one year of employment</li><li>Caregiver referral program</li><li>Paid travel time between clients</li><li>Mileage paid between client locations</li><li>Ongoing paid caregiver training</li><li>Opportunity for growth within the company</li><li>Caregiver recognition and appreciation events</li><li>Family-oriented culture</li></ul>  Qualifications: <ul><li>No certifications or experience required- we will provide initial and ongoing caregiver training </li><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check</li><li>Must be at least 18 years old to apply</li><li>Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance preferred</li></ul>  Responsibilities: <ul><li>Serving as a companion to clients</li><li>Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc. </li><li>Medication reminders</li><li>Preparing meals</li><li>Performing light housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, laundry, etc.)</li><li>Providing bathing and dressing assistance</li><li>Assisting with transfer and mobility</li><li>Following patient care plans</li><li>Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to nursing team</li><li>Communicating with families, co-workers, and supervisors regarding care</li><li>Completing and maintaining proper time sheet records for services provided </li></ul> This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
