You will support the physical, in-office side of the firm while working alongside a team that values collaboration and growth.What You’ll Be Doing You will be the person who helps keep the office running efficiently and professionally each day. This includes:<ul><li>Welcoming clients and vendors and creating a positive first impression</li><li>Managing mail, scanning documents, and maintaining organized files</li><li>Assembling estate planning binders and preparing client materials</li><li>Handling outgoing mail, deliveries, and occasional local errands</li><li>Keeping the office organized, stocked, and running smoothly</li><li>Supporting scheduling, communications, and general administrative needs</li></ul>No two days will look exactly the same, and that is part of what makes this role engaging.RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For<ul><li>Someone who is organized, reliable, and takes initiative</li><li>A friendly, professional communicator who enjoys helping others</li><li>Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks</li><li>Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team</li></ul>Experience in a professional or legal office is helpful but not required.
