This is not just a driving job, it's a position with room to grow & advance quickly.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Join a team during local and regional deliveries</li><li>Safely operate company trucks</li><li>Load, transport, and unload furniture and other items with care</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service at delivery sites</li><li>Maintain professionalism and a clean appearance at all times</li><li>Communicate clearly with dispatch and clients to ensure smooth operations</li><li>Follow all safety protocols to protect the team, property, and equipment</li></ul>Requirements (Non-Negotiable)<ul><li>Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record</li><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills</li><li>High level of professionalism and customer service mindset</li><li>Willingness to work early mornings with occasional travel</li><li>Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in all weather conditions</li><li>Comfortable leading by example</li></ul>Preferred but Not Required<ul><li>Experience in moving, delivery, or logistics</li><li>Warehouse experience or forklift operation</li><li>Experience with route planning or scheduling</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive pay</li><li>90-day probationary period to evaluate performance, reliability, and leadership fit</li><li>Opportunities for quick promotions and long-term growth</li><li>Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits</li><li>A supportive team environment with a culture of professionalism and respect</li></ul>Schedule<ul><li>Full-time (40+ hrs/week)</li><li>Monday - Friday</li><li>Morning shift start times</li></ul> This position requires you to drive one of our company trucks. To do so, you must: 1. Be over the age of 21 2. Have at least 2 years driving experience in the US 3. Be able to pass a background check and drug screening 4. Have a clean driving record 5.
