We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Robotic Welders to support our weekend Shift team. In this role, you will operate and monitor robotic welding equipment to produce high-quality metal components that meet production standards and customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflow and ensuring on-time delivery. In this role, you will prepare, apply, and inspect powder coat finishes on metal components to ensure high-quality, durable results that meet customer specifications. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in craftsmanship while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Compensation & Schedule<ul><li>Pay Range: $20.00-28.00 per hour (Starting rate commensurate with experience) </li><li>Shift: Weekend Shift- Friday-Sunday | 6:00A-6:30P  |  3-Day Work Week work 36 hours/paid for 40 +  $0.75/hr. shift differential</li><li>To get a head start in the process and receive an interview faster, please fill out this short Index and a Talent Specialist will be in contact --> https://go.cultureindex.com/p/VZ3su7sagyMobH </li></ul> Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare parts for coating, including cleaning, masking, sanding, and racking.</li><li>Apply powder coating using manual and/or automated spray systems.</li><li>Monitor coating thickness, coverage, and finish quality to meet specifications.</li><li>Perform color changes and maintain proper powder inventory control.</li><li>Operate curing ovens and verify proper cure times and temperatures.</li><li>Inspect finished parts for defects and perform touch-ups as needed.</li><li>Maintain powder coating equipment and work area in a clean, organized condition.</li><li>Follow all safety procedures, including proper use of PPE and handling of materials.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of surface preparation and coating application techniques.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret work orders and production documentation.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.</li><li>Ability to lift and move parts as required.
