Requirements Qualifications<ul><li>Positive attitude.</li><li>Desire to serve customers.</li><li>3+ years of experience as an automotive technician.</li><li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.</li><li>Ability to Flag 40+ hours per week.</li><li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.</li><li>Prefer experience with all makes and models.</li><li>Dealership diagnostic equipment experience a plus.</li><li>Current ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve while working in our business.</li><li>Strong communication skills</li></ul>Physical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by any applicant in order to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to occasionally operate a truck mounted forklift and unload products in a safe manner and damage free.This position works Monday through Friday with no weekends required. We value your personal time - so home every night. Plus, we work hard to be flexible around your schedule, as needed. For example, start times are flexible to your schedule but drivers usually start their day around 7:00 AM. Assist sales and design teams by measuring foundations on site.Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
