Our staff steps up during the busiest of times and supports one another in a strong team environment.Core Responsibilities for our Marketing Team<ul><li>Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, schools, emergency responders, and local organizations.</li><li>Represent HHER at events, chamber meetings, and fundraisers.</li><li>Assist in planning, setup, and tear-down of community and internal events.</li><li>Manage or support social media initiatives, internal campaigns, and branded marketing items.</li><li>Serve as an enthusiastic brand ambassador who embodies HHER's hospitality-first culture.</li><li>Ensure proper use of company resources including marketing budgets, supplies, and promotional materials.</li></ul>Role Highlights by LevelMarketing Coordinator Responsibilities <ul><li>Support the Marketing Director with scheduling, logistics, and event execution.</li><li>Maintain inventory of patient and marketing gifts; coordinate orders and replenishment.</li><li>Assist with volunteer sign-up, deliveries, and vendor pickups.</li><li>Provide occasional in-ER customer service support.</li><li>Create tablescapes, branded displays, and social media posts.</li></ul>Senior Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities <ul><li>Lead the day-to-day marketing calendar for the location.</li><li>Plan, organize, and attend community outreach events and fundraisers.</li><li>Represent HHER at networking events and local chamber activities.</li><li>Collaborate on social media campaigns and internal initiatives.</li><li>Train and guide Coordinators on event execution and marketing tasks.</li></ul>Marketing Director Responsibilities <ul><li>Set and oversee overall marketing strategy for the facility.</li><li>Lead and coach the marketing team; ensure departmental tasks are completed.</li><li>Manage budgets, sponsorships, and high-profile community partnerships.</li><li>Oversee social media marketing, campaigns, and internal event strategy.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with physicians, schools, and community leaders.</li></ul>Requirements & Qualifications<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Excellent organizational and time-management ability.</li><li>Creativity, event planning, and community engagement experience.</li><li>Integrity and responsibility; trusted with company resources, petty cash, or credit card.</li><li>Valid driver's license and flexibility to attend events on evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li><li>Experience Guidelines:</li><li><ul><li>Coordinator: 1+ year in marketing, events, or outreach</li><li>Senior Coordinator: 2–4 years, with proven creativity and community engagement</li><li>Director: 5+ years, with leadership in marketing, healthcare, or hospitality</li></ul></li></ul>Pay & Benefits<ul><li>Competitive pay, commensurate with experience and level</li><li>401K with company match</li><li>Comprehensive benefits, including 100% company-paid medical, dental, vision, and life </li><li>Mileage reimbursement and company vehicle (as assigned)</li><li>Growth opportunity across levels</li></ul>Equal Opportunity StatementHospitality Health ER is an equal opportunity employer inclusive of female, minority, disability, and veterans (M/F/D/V).
