<p>At Chick-fil-A Moscow, we are building something bigger than a restaurant — we are creating a place where people feel seen, valued, and connected.</p><p>We are looking for a <strong>Brand & Marketing Manager</strong> who doesn’t just “do marketing,” but <strong>drives growth through people, experiences, and strategic execution.</strong></p><p>This role is for someone who can take ownership of our brand in the community — <strong>leading events, building partnerships, and mobilizing teams to execute at a high level.</strong> Social media is a tool, not the focus.</p><h2><br/></h2><h2><strong>What You’ll Own</strong></h2><h3><strong>Community Growth & Brand Expansion</strong></h3><ul><li>Develop and execute a <strong>strategic plan to grow brand awareness and sales</strong> through community engagement</li><li>Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, universities, and organizations</li><li>Identify and pursue <strong>new revenue opportunities</strong> (events, catering partnerships, local activations)</li><li>Serve as the face of Chick-fil-A in the community, representing the brand with excellence</li></ul><h3><strong>Event Leadership & Execution</strong></h3><ul><li>Plan and execute on-site and off-site events (ex: game days, community events, in-store experiences)</li><li>Lead and manage event teams — including scheduling, preparation, and real-time execution</li><li>Take full ownership of event success, including <strong>guest experience, operational flow, and sales outcomes</strong></li></ul><h3><strong>Operations Leadership</strong></h3><ul><li>Step into operations to <strong>lead and support teams during events and high-impact moments</strong></li><li>Ensure brand experiences are executed with <strong>operational excellence, food quality, and speed of service</strong></li><li>Work closely with leadership to align marketing efforts with operational readiness</li></ul><h3><strong>Marketing & Brand Strategy (Support Function)</strong></h3><ul><li>Execute marketing initiatives that support events, partnerships, and sales growth</li><li>Manage social media and digital platforms as a <strong>supporting channel to drive real-world engagement</strong></li><li>Track performance of campaigns, events, and partnerships — and adjust strategy based on results</li><li>Continuously identify ways to increase traffic, catering sales, and community visibility</li></ul><h3><strong>Culture & Team Engagement</strong></h3><ul><li>Help create a culture where team members feel connected to the mission and excited about the brand</li><li>Plan internal events, celebrations, and recognition moments</li><li>Inspire and lead others by modeling energy, ownership, and service</li></ul><h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2><ul><li>A <strong>natural leader</strong> who can take initiative and own outcomes</li><li>Strong ability to <strong>plan AND execute</strong> — not just generate ideas</li><li>Experience in marketing, business, hospitality, or leadership roles</li><li>Comfortable leading teams in <strong>fast-paced, real-time environments</strong></li><li>Strong relationship-builder who thrives in the community</li><li>Organized, driven, and results-oriented</li><li>Willing to step in and serve wherever needed — including operations</li></ul><h2><strong>What Success Looks Like in This Role</strong></h2><ul><li>Increased community presence and brand awareness</li><li>Growth in catering, events, and overall sales</li><li>High-quality, well-executed events that reflect the Chick-fil-A standard</li><li>Strong partnerships with local organizations and businesses</li><li>A team that is energized, aligned, and proud of the brand</li></ul><h2><strong>Why This Role Matters</strong></h2><p>The Brand & Marketing Manager defines the voice and presence of Chick-fil-A Moscow.
