Lennar has been recognized as a Fortune 500® company and consistently ranked among the top homebuilders in the United States.Join a Company that Empowers you to Build your FutureThe Regional Marketing Field Coordinator serves as the on-the-ground marketing partner at the divisional level, supporting local community execution, New Home Consultants (NHC), and division/regional marketing initiatives. This role ensures smooth, timely, and brand-aligned marketing implementation at the community level.Your Responsibilities on the Team <ul><li>Serve as the primary marketing resource for Sales leaders and NHCs in the field.​</li><li>Fulfill NHC requests for flyers, and collateral to support sales activity in partnership with regional teams.​</li><li>Support Quick Move-In (QMI) homes with accurate signage, post and monitor MLS listings, and oversee community photography.​</li><li>Oversee exterior/interior color selection updates.</li><li>Coordinate, track, and maintain signage inventory across assigned divisions. ​</li><li>Partner with approved signage vendors for installs, removals, and updates. ​</li><li>Manage and organize the marketing closet with current branded materials.</li><li>Plan and execute on-site logistics for local marketing events including grand openings, broker events, sales promotions, and open house weekends.​</li><li>Support national and regional campaign rollouts at the local community level.​</li><li>Oversee community launch execution, including WHC office set-up in partnership with regional and national merchandising teams, Self-Guided Tour (SGT) install/removal, and basic office systems.</li><li>Support regional content teams with requests for photography of homes, models, local area, testimonial and lifestyle photography as necessary.​</li><li>Act as a liaison between sales, operations, and the regional marketing team to ensure flawless execution.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor of Science or Arts degree or equivalent preferred. High school diploma or GED required.</li><li> 0 - 2 Years of experience required.</li><li>Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator.</li><li>Computer skills and competencies are required.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines across various job types.</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft office applications is required.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build effective partnerships with internal teams and sales teams.</li><li>Resourceful and solution oriented.</li><li>Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MLS, Canva, Airtable).</li><li>Experience in home building, real estate, or consumer- facing industries is a plus.</li><li>Travel: Weekly community-level travel within assigned division / market.</li></ul><ul><li>This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the company due to factors affecting the business.</li></ul> General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $20.05 - $25, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.<ul><li>This position may be eligible for bonuses.</li><li>This position may be eligible for commissions.</li><li>This position will be eligible for the described benefits listed in the above section in accordance with Company Policy.</li><li>This information is intended to be a general overview and may be modified by the Company due to factors affecting the business.</li></ul>Life at LennarAt Lennar, we are committed to fostering a supportive and enriching environment for our Associates, offering a comprehensive array of benefits designed to enhance their well-being and professional growth.
