In an effort to strengthen the recruitment and retention of AmeriCorps EXL members, the Recruitment Leader will support expanding and building the program’s capacity to effectively recruit, engage, and retain high-quality AmeriCorps Members across Sonoma County school sites. Identifying and implementing effective recruitment strategies to increase the capacity of the AmeriCorps EXL program is a significant component of this role, as are supporting retention efforts, planning recruitment events, and helping strengthen partnerships and community awareness surrounding the program.
