High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of Gallo Security experience to include 1 year of personal protection experience such as ranch post duty, lobby duty, executive driver duty, or other special personal protection duties; OR High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years of sworn law enforcement experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 5 years combined experience in a sworn law enforcement position, military and security reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. Youll investigate and document security and safety incidents, communicate findings to supervisors and authorities as needed, and exercise sound judgment when situations call for it - including the use of lethal or non-lethal force when legally justified.
