The individual must work with other engineering disciplines to assure power supply designs meet the power, thermal, emissions and safety requirements of the system requirements. Essential Functions:<ul><li>Design AC/DC power converters </li><li>Design DC/DC power converters</li><li>Design power distribution architectures</li><li>Design and analyze EMI filters</li><li>Analyze analog/power circuits for stability, efficiency, power draw, in-rush, etc.</li><li>Write specifications and test approaches for power supply circuit designs</li><li>Select components for discrete power converter designs, or modules for systems</li><li>Create schematics for analog/power circuits, support printed circuit card design</li><li>Conduct and participate in internal peer design reviews, design verification testing of engineering units and oversight of design into production</li><li>Perform analog and power testing in a laboratory setting for development components and circuit cards</li><li>Work in conjunction with multi-disciplinary engineering teams for digital, RF, mechanical and systems engineers on the overall program/project performance</li></ul>Required Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant (Power Supply, Electrical Engineering) experience.
