Current or previously held a minimum of a National 3rd Assistant Engineer of Steam / Motor / Gas Turbine Current or previously held a OICEW or DDE 750 kW/ 1000 HP or More STCW Current or previously earned a STCW - Basic Training An applicant must have a minimum of five years of seagoing service on a marine vessel, with at least three years as a 3rd Assistant Engineer and OICEW or above or 10 years¿ experience as a DDE 4000.
