Support the site by conducting facilities activities involving collaboration with external and internal teams (including landlord and their appointed management company) to address issues, completion of required site assessments, management of utilities infrastructure, and collaboration with local governmental agencies including emergency response and preparedness (for example with local fire department, waste management (regulatory inquiry will be the main contact). Coordinate the operation, testing, maintenance, and lifecycle planning of physical security and facilities networking systems and devices, including access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, duress alarms, intercoms, and related infrastructure, in collaboration with GR/SES, IT, and approved vendors.
