A Supervisor must be able to teach and mentor other technicians, including but not limited to, company policies and procedures, repair functions, work orders, assist in evaluation of shop Teammates, recording of data into the maintenance software system, maintaining an accurate parts inventory, and the requirements for maintaining a clean and safe working environment. <li><p>Have 5 - 7 years job experience on major diesel repairs, heavy duty tractor- trailer repairs, major refrigeration maintenance and repairs.
