p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY: No. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: No person shall work under the influence of alcohol, intoxicants, or illegal drugs; or when the person is using medications to the extent that the use adversely affects the performance of his or her duties or the health or safety of any resident.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), including but not limited to, no more that two (2) moving traffic violations during the past 36 months, and no D.U.I (drug or alcohol) conviction during the previous five (5) years in a personal or commercial vehicle.
