The Transportation Driver & Community Support position is responsible for transporting residents in a safe, secure manner on and off campus for scheduled appointments and activities, provides concierge services, and assists other departments with various tasks. Located in High Point, NC, our community consists of three beautiful neighborhoods that fit the individual lifestyles of our residents: Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Healthcare Households, with Transitional Rehab and Memory Support.

<div>The <strong>Transportation Driver & Community Support</strong> position is responsible for transporting residents in a safe, secure manner on and off campus for scheduled appointments and activities, provides concierge services, and assists other departments with various tasks. Candidates must have a valid NCDL to drive community vans. Prefer candidates to have a valid CDL with passenger endorsement to drive larger buses for activities.</div><br/>Keyword: Transportation & Community Support<br/>Required Experience:<br/><div>The ideal Transportation candidate must be willing to work a schedule that fits residents' needs during the week, and commit to a weekend rotation once every four weeks, or more often as needed.<br/>Candidates must possess:<br/><br/>* NC-CDL license or ability to obtain one within 90 days. Do want to work somewhere where your job has a purpose? </p><p>We are looking for mature well-organized individuals with experience working with consumers with intellectual and developmental disabilities.</p><p>This position is for small, two/three persons group homes near Old Battleground. The individuals in our group homes are non-ambulatory and need assistance with daily care. Staff will need to assist in entertainment activities, feeding, hygiene and other elements of ADLs.</p><h3> Hours are EVERY OTHER WEEKEND </h3><p/><p><strong>12 Hour Shifts - Day (8:30am - 8:30pm)</strong></p><p>We will help prospective applicants obtain required training. Must have specific trainings (CPR, First Aid, NCI, Med.
