5+ years of construction experience with 3+ years in a Superintendent/leadership capacity Associated or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred Advanced knowledge of various construction disciplines, union agreements, and jurisdictional issues, safety regulations, scheduling, cost control, engineering drawings, and other documents Ability to quickly learn and understand various processes regarding Kiewit's policies, procedures, and software programs.
