Must be able to push or pull up to 40 lbs. to exert pressure on straps to secure wheel chairs and other mobility devices and have the ability to lift and carry up to five pounds for brochures and cushions; and push/pull up to 10 pounds to operate the steering wheel, door, and gear shift constantly throughout the day. Promotes positive passenger relations by announcing bus stops, assisting customers with fare and routing information, explaining established passenger policies and procedures, providing directions to customers, and communicating with special needs customers according to parameters.
