Associate’s degree in automation, manufacturing technology, industrial technology, quality, engineering technology, or a related field preferred; relevant work experience of 3–5 years in lieu of a degree will also be considered. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate non-conformances, support issue resolution, and help drive continuous improvement across production processes.
