p>While performing the duties of the job, the employees will be exposed to various work environments which may include working with or around others while loading and unloading, working in an enclosed vehicle while driving, loading and unloading in an enclosed trailer, exposure to all weather conditions, noise levels that vary from quiet to loud and with lighting conditions that could be extremely bright or low light. Must be able to grip with right, left or both hands to use handles to get in and out of the forklift, holding tablet, using pallet jacks or hand trucks, controlling and pushing the buttons on the forklift, holding the steering wheel, securing straps, cardboard, airbags, etc.

Assisting Hands Home Care, a leader for In-Home Care services is looking for the best caregivers to join our team. (Examples: In-home care, Independent/Assisted living/Memory care community, Hospital and Rehab).
Transportation: Our employees are required to have a valid driver's license and utilize their own vehicle to travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-related business. Performing cleaning and daily maintenance tasks: including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintain exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris.
The position includes face to face contact both individually and in groups; assisting individuals in developing a recovery plan and achieving objectives; assisting individuals in selecting services and/or program offerings that will be useful in achieving their recovery goals; offering support and mentoring as needed in the implementation of the recovery plan; and, exploring, securing and utilizing each clients support network and/or community resources. POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting the Registered Nurse with assessments of client physical and mental health needs, planning all medical interventions for inclusion in the treatment plan, facilitating health / wellness education groups, medication monitoring, advocacy as appropriate, and the overall surveillance and maintenance of the health needs of clients.
