We are locally owned/operated and have beenin business for over 20 years. Advanced Comfort Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal Fabrication Technician (with Welding Experience) to join our team. As a Fabrication Technician, you will be responsible for producing high-quality products using various fabrication techniques, experience in fabrication and a strong attention to detail and welding experience is an absolute plus. Job Duties: <ul><li>Operate and maintain fabrication equipment and tools. </li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. </li><li>Measure and cut materials to the required specifications. </li><li>Weld, grind, and polish materials to create finished products, welding would be approximately 25% of the work.</li><li>Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. </li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues with equipment and products. </li><li>Maintain a clean and organized work area. </li><li>Perform other projects / duties as requested. </li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Proven experience as a Fabrication Technician or similar role. </li><li>Strong knowledge of fabrication techniques and equipment. </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints. </li><li>Proficient in welding, grinding, and polishing techniques. </li><li>Strong attention to detail and quality control. </li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills. </li></ul>Company Requirements:<ul><li>Must be legally authorized to work in the US. </li><li>Must be able to pass background check and have a clean driving record for the past 5 years. </li><li>Must be able to work in a variety of conditions: noise, dust, heavy lifting, repetitive motion, standing for long periods of time. </li><li>Follow company safety and PPE policies in performance of job duties. </li><li>Maintain good attendance. </li></ul>Some of Advanced Comfort Solutions Benefits:<ul><li>Two health care plans to choose from, plus dental and vision plan </li><li>Paid Holidays </li><li>PTO (Paid time off) </li><li>Company Profit Sharing Program </li><li>401K Plan with auto enrollment of 3%, the company will match 100% of the employee contribution up to 1% and 50% of employee contribution of up to 6%. </li><li>Discretionary annual performance bonus </li></ul> ACSI is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
