Inspectors must follow guidelines outlined in the shop practices manual as well as those set forth by the customer as defined on the shop order through visual inspection of all welds and physical measurement of manufacturing materials and finished products. Inspectors are also responsible for communicating with and working cohesively with teammates from other departments, as needed. They also must identify non-conforming products and take appropriate corrective action. Inspectors must have excellent attention to detail and organizational skills along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. This role does require working overtime with little or no advance notice, as needed.Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. </div></div><div style="padding:10px 0px;border:1px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1em;margin:0px">Compensation Data:</h2></div><div>21.81-23.31 per hour plus a weekly production bonus and annual ROA bonus.
