30% Performs administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the GCC Fitness Centers, including, but not limited to, assisting with: enrollments and registrations, preparation and retrieving information for reports and programs, filing and document management, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, monitoring inventory levels of office and general supplies, assisting with purchasing, compiling meeting notes, maintaining contact lists, participating in staff and department meetings, conducting basic research (e.g., equipment, quotes, etc.), copy and print requests. This position will also assist with daily fitness center operations, including, but not limited to, assisting with fitness enrollments, conducting orientations, preparing, maintaining, and retrieving reports; managing administrative tasks such as record-keeping of reports and files, collaboration with marketing, and program promotion.
