The Brookdale Bench Program will prepare you to assume the Health & Wellness Director role at one of our communities including, but not limited to areas of people management, clinical management, quality care and regulatory oversight when you assume the role of a Health and Wellness Director. As Director of Nursing at Brookdale, you will utilize your leadership qualities to inspire, lead and manage the overall operation of the clinical team to provide the highest quality of care and services for our residents.

We now offer advanced technologies including Shockwave Therapy, EMTT, Stimpod (pulsed radio frequency), and our Recovery & Longevity Lounge featuring red light therapy, PEMF, infrared sauna, and likely more options coming soon. You will track our free trial pipeline, follow up with every patient who does not move forward same-day, manage Recovery Lounge scheduling, and hold our clinical team accountable to recommending these life-changing services.

We're looking for a wellness advocate and relationship builder — someone who genuinely believes that people don't have to live with pain, and who gets excited helping a patient understand why investing in their health now is worth it. You'll manage patient scheduling and flow, handle insurance verification and billing coordination, and confidently guide patients through our cash-pay wellness services and Premium Recovery Plan and our Longevity Lounge.
