Proven experience working unassisted with and troubleshooting: Electrical, Electronic, Motor Controller Drives, Mechanical, Hydraulic and Pneumatic Systems; Strong background in manufacturing systems in dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment; Working knowledge of extrusion process, twin screw setup, blending system a plus; Ability to read and update electrical/mechanical drawings; Strong decision making, analytical skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally; Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities; Strong mathematical skills; Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate upward and downward to a wide range of audiences; Thorough understanding of the TimberTech plant support systems such as blowers, chilled water system and compressor systems working unassisted with occasional assistance. In lieu of the testing in the above three lines, the following knowledge/licenses/certifications would be accepted: Ohio HVAC or Refrigeration Contractor licenses, Portable fire extinguishers, Backflow Inspection certifications/licenses, and thorough understanding of the TimberTech plant support systems such as blowers, chilled water system and compressor systems working unassisted or with minimal assistance.
