Serving as both a clinical expert and trusted partner, the Health & Wellness Director collaborates closely with residents, families, physicians, hospital systems, and community partners to support the physical, emotional, and psychosocial well-being of each resident. Partner with the Executive Director, Seasons Program Director, and/or Memory Care Director on physician orders, pharmacy coordination, and medication management systems, including central medication storage and delivery.
