and oversee MWR completion by the Facilities Team.</li></ul>Budgeting, Projects & Resource Management<ul><li>Collaborate with the Director to develop annual Facilities budgets.</li><li>Manage Facilities expenses and projects to remain within approved budgets.</li><li>Assign projects and direct the Facilities Team to ensure quality, compliance, and accuracy.</li><li>Supervise and coordinate supplies, materials, equipment, and manpower for Facilities projects.</li><li>Develop and implement systems for purchasing tools, equipment, and materials.</li><li>Assist with the setup, storage, and breakdown of Rock City Gardens’ special events.</li></ul>Vendor, Contractor & Safety Oversight<ul><li>Develop and maintain strong vendor and contractor relationships.</li><li>Hire, supervise, and coordinate outside contractors for specialized repairs or projects.</li><li>Ensure all Facilities work complies with safety standards and health regulations.</li><li>Promote and enforce safe work
