Develops long term (3 to 5 years) capital improvement programs in collaboration with finance, real estate, manufacturing, warehouse, security, HSE, lab managers, and FM Global Coordinates site project activities for all facility related project work, including coordination of vendor schedules, participate in pre-construction and construction meetings with architects, engineers, customer representatives and contractor personnel, ensuring proper job completion in a cost effective and timely manner Manages Team and proactive preventive maintenance programs via CMMS. We collaborate with customers around the world to advance the release of effective, high-quality medicines, ensure the safety of food and water, and drive better patient outcomes by detecting diseases earlier, managing routine infections, and combating antibiotic resistance.
