At least five (5) years of full time (or part time equivalent) professional level work experience as an Application Administrator or lead operational role in business and/or technology systems such as Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), Electronic Access or similar IT systems, with project management experience in leading and managing projects throughout the project life cycle from initiation to closure.
