Job SummaryVaco is hiring Desktop Technicians to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade and hardware refresh project. This project will cover several healthcare facilities. The Contractor shall ensure all DD Form 2875's (Request for Fort Novosel network access) are completed and uploaded completion information into the WOCC Training Tracker on the SharePoint.</li><li>Manage Active Directory (AD) for both Cadre and Students, to include creating user and computer accounts.</li><li>Maintain an accurate inventory of all automation equipment, the current configuration and the location of all equipment.</li><li>Manage USAWOCC's annual Life Cycle Replacement (LCR) and understand the Army's Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions (CHESS) purchasing process.</li><li>Manage all 26 of the USAWOCC Classrooms, to include troubleshooting audio visual equipment and working directly with the Fort Rucker ECP representative for all replacement equipment and software.</li><li>Manage all equipment including warranties and repairs.</li></ul>What qualifications do you look for?You might be the professional we're looking for if you have:·   <ul><li>Active U.S. SECRET Clearance</li><li>Authorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.</li><li>A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering or other related technical or specific discipline related to the task to be supported.
