Working under the guidance of the Director of Nursing (DON) and Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), the RN provides clinical leadership, supports nursing staff, and promotes a safe and positive environment for residents and team members. The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for overseeing nursing services during the assigned shift and ensuring residents receive high-quality, compassionate care in accordance with individualized care plans, physician orders, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
