This position will be responsible for administration of EPC contracts in conjunction with project leadership, including risk identification and management during project execution, providing input during pre-construction activities and negotiations as required, and for coordinating directly with the site leadership, Commercial, and Legal teams to pro-actively monitor and manage contractual terms, draft notices, and coordinate change order administration.
