You will be hands-on in every project lifecycle stage, from initial brainstorming sessions and stakeholder consultations to the final stages of deployment and post-deployment reviews.This is a fully remote, full-time position.<h3>Key Responsibilities:</h3><ol><li>Solution Development:<ol><li>Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with business objectives and technological advancements.</li><li>Collaborate with project teams to create customized solutions that address specific business challenges.</li><li>Assist in the setup and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using platforms like AWS.</li><li>Help in developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.</li></ol></li><li>Stakeholder Engagement:<ol><li>Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and mutual understanding of solutions.</li><li>Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from key stakeholders.</li></ol></li><li>Technology Evaluation and Integration:<ol><li>Evaluate existing systems and propose enhancements or integrations that can improve functionality and efficiency.</li><li>Assess potential technology partners and vendors to support solution development and implementation.</li></ol></li><li>Documentation and knowledge Transfer:<ol><li>Develop detailed documentation, including architectural diagrams and technical specifications, to guide solution implementation.</li><li>Facilitate knowledge transfer through training and workshops to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new solutions.</li></ol></li><li>Compliance and Governance:<ol><li>Ensure that solutions adhere to industry standards and organizational policies, including data privacy and security guidelines.</li><li>Collaborate with the legal and compliance teams to ensure solutions meet regulatory requirements.</li></ol></li><li>Performance Monitoring and Optimization:<ol><li>Monitor the performance of implemented solutions and make adjustments as necessary to optimize results.</li><li>Work with IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise post-implementation.</li></ol></li><li>Innovation and Continuous Improvement:<ol><li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.</li><li>Advocate for the adoption of best practices in solution architecture and design.</li></ol></li></ol><h3>Qualifications:</h3><ol><li>Educational Background:<ol><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Master’s degree or professional certifications in related areas are preferred.</li></ol></li><li>Certification Requirements:<ol><li>Certification in at least one cloud platform such as AWS (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate).</li><li>Additional certifications in DevOps or SRE practices (e.g., Docker Certified Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are highly desirable.</li></ol></li><li>Experience:<ol><li>3-7 years of experience in IT or software development, with at least 3-7 years in a solutions architect role.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS) and integration technologies (e.g., APIs, middleware).</li><li>Experience in government consulting preferred.</li><li>Experience in management consulting is preferred, and a client-facing role is a plus.</li><li>Familiarity and experience working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) environment, processes, or data will be considered a strong plus. </li></ol></li><li>Skills:<ol><li>Strong technical proficiency with an understanding of various programming languages, databases, and software development methodologies.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on providing practical and innovative solutions.</li><li>Proficiency in using architectural modeling tools (e.g., ArchiMate, UML).</li><li>Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li></ol></li><li>Personal Attributes:<ol><li>Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.</li><li>Forward-thinking with a keen eye for identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.</li></ol></li></ol>Additional Requirements: <ol><li>A willingness to continually learn and adapt to the evolving technology landscape.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ol>All work must be conducted within the U.S., excluding U.S. territories.
