Your work will include reviewing customer agreements, validating information across multiple internal systems, coordinating project onboarding activities, maintaining CRM and operational data integrity, supporting billing readiness, and helping drive operational efficiency initiatives. You'll serve as a key liaison between Sales, Contracting, Implementation, Billing, and Operations teams, ensuring customer projects are accurately established, operational requirements are met, and implementations move efficiently from contract execution through revenue recognition.
