If you’re an experienced technician who communicates well and goes the extra mile, we want to hear from you.Job Responsibilities:  <ul><li>Install, maintain, and service commercial refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including walk-ins, reach-ins, rack systems, and ice machines.</li><li>Preferred hands-on experience with CO refrigeration rack systems, including transcritical and subcritical systems.</li><li>Respond to emergency service calls as needed</li><li>Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems with confidence and precision. </li><li>Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on commercial refrigeration systems. </li><li>Prioritize safety by securing work areas, shutting down power when necessary, and identifying the root cause of system failures. </li><li>Handle and manage refrigerants safely in compliance with EPA regulations. </li><li>Read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics. </li><li>Repair and replace compressors, motors, fans, and other critical components. </li><li>Provide professional and reliable service during emergency service calls. </li><li>Work with EMS systems, including CPC, Tracer, and HMI. </li><li>Collaborate with customers, dispatch, and fellow technicians to ensure a seamless service experience. </li><li>Accurately log service reports using mobile and digital platforms. </li><li>Communicate professionally with store managers, supervisors, and team members. </li><li>Complete all required paperwork, including work tickets and timesheets, accurately and on time. </li><li>Deliver high-level customer service to retail and commercial clients, including restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, hotels, hospitals, and military bases. </li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management. </li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>EPA Universal Certification (required)</li><li>Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; extensive driving is a key part of the role</li><li>Experience and working knowledge of HVAC and commercial refrigeration preferred. </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Technicians are expected to supply their own standard hand tools.</li><li>Ability to complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner</li><li>Strong communication skills with clients, team members, and management</li><li>Able to work under pressure in fast-paced or high-stress environments</li><li>Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team</li><li>Indoor and outdoor work with exposure to noise, dust, fumes, mechanical/electrical hazards, and weather</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, crouch, and occasionally climb stairs or ladders</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Frequent driving of motor vehicles</li></ul>Schedule:    <ul><li>Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM</li><li>Overtime may be required based on workload</li><li>Participation in an on-call rotation following the training period.
