Must Have Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree 2 years - Program/Project Management OR Analysis 2 years - Project planning and execution 2 years - Excellent Problem Solving Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Develop and manage the plans for internally and externally fabricated components to support prototype development for a multitude of part commodity types and programs Coordinate with the multi-faceted cross-functional team and program contacts to align fabrication execution plan to program and technical needs Translate technical data provided into process instructions to execute fabrication and assembly of prototype hardware Utilize planning tools to provide capacity analysis, cost, and schedule estimates to group and programs Identify opportunities for process improvements and manage projects related to fabrication, procurement, and project planning Develop strong working relationships with vendor base contacts that support external sourcing of key components for prototype development and fabrication Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a Technical/STEM discipline 2+ years of professional experience Ability to collaborate with cross functional team members to drive projects forward and to push forward action plans.
