Kforce is partnering with a client in the energy sector to identify a skilled Citrix Engineer for a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Citrix virtualization products including DaaS (Citrix Cloud), NetScaler, and App Layering. Experience with Nutanix AHV, Google Cloud Services, and Amazon Web Services are a plus. Networking and PowerShell scripting experience are also preferred. ServiceNow, Change Management, exceptional customer support, and time management skills are required. The Citrix Engineer will be responsible for designing, organizing, modifying, and supporting the Citrix environment and associated hypervisors.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
<ul><li> Administer/maintain various Citrix environments, virtualized applications, desktops, hypervisors, and StoreFront sites</li><li> Manage Windows systems, including Windows Server 2019 and 2022</li><li> Utilize PowerShell and Python to automate common functions</li><li> Create, develop, and update documentation for all configurations, standards, and critical procedures within the Citrix environment, including Nutanix hypervisor where applicable</li><li> Administer Citrix licensing and resolve licensing issues to ensure compliance</li><li> Assist with management of server images, application/OS installations, deploying physical servers, and documentation</li><li> Manage NetScaler appliances in a GSLB configuration</li><li> Work with application teams to deploy new applications, updates, and troubleshoot issues</li><li> Assist with designing new Citrix environments</li><li> Participate in on-call support rotation</li></ul>
