Working independently under minimal supervision, the incumbent exercises advanced judgment and discretion in managing competing priorities, coordinating projects across multiple units, analyzing and improving administrative processes, handling highly sensitive and confidential information, and ensuring timely implementation of executive priorities. Serving as the primary coordinator for the Dean’s Office, the position manages executive communications, complex scheduling, college-wide meetings, operational workflows, and complex administrative projects and strategic initiatives that support the College’s academic and business operations.
